I am only 20, but I think I may have hemroids? But not very severe I guess, I don't know, every once in a while for a few days my bowel movements hurt really badly, around the rectal area, just as it comes out, it feels like glass or like ripping. Sorry that's graphic but I don't know how else ot explain it. I read though that painful bowel movements indicate something other than hemroids? What do you think?
