Hi I am going to married soon and i am intrested for child. I have a doubt like
1. when should i have sex? is there any specific to to hvae sex (i mean she will pregnant).please advise.

Congratulations on getting married and deciding to expand your family. If you would like to get your wife pregnant, I suggest her to start taking pre-natals for they help the body with the nutrients needed for pregnancy. Also unprotected sex is nesseccary, I am sure you already knew that. Just have a lot of sex from when the womans monthly cycle is finished until the next one starts. They say to have it every other day for the first week after her period, and then everyday for 5-7 days after that and then back to every other day until her next period (if she gets one)

Also, having a good diet is also a very good idea to get your body into the habit of eatting healthy for your baby. Another good thing to take is Peruvian Ginseng you can get it at any herbal store. It helps with fertility. I wish you much luck! Trying to conceive can be a long journey but well worth the wait once you receive your bundle of joy!!!
