Hi. I am overweight too. I was counting every calorie before it finally came to my head. I can count each and every calorie but this can`t help me. I have realized it`s all in your mind. If you want to lose your weight you need to make a decision in your head first. This is the first, and the most important step. You have to believe in that. If you don`t believe in what you are trying to achieve, you can count your calories for the rest of your life. Now I eat everything I like. I just eat less then ever. My meals are normal and I eat 3 times a day. I started to swim. Swimming is best for the body.
