| I have a couple of questions. I started my period for May on the 18th. In June, I started spotting on the 14th, then started the flow on the 17th. Is my *day 1* of my menstrual cycle then the 14th or the 17th of June? For July, I still haven't started. Today is July 20th, I took a HPT and it was negative. I'm fatigued, bleh, feel like I've been on my period for two weeks now. I've felt queasy, no food sounds good. Except Kraft Mac&Cheese. I took 2 tests, both were Negative with 1st mornings urine sample. I also had a miscarriage on Feb 14th and a D&C on Feb 16th. Did this cause my cycle to be messed up or something? -and yes, we were trying to conceive. |

| Hi there. The D&C could have messed up your cycles, might take a few to get back on track. Day one is the first day of full flow, so 17th June. |
