I am 22 year old girl and sometimes it is very difficult for me to relax when I am with my boyfriend. He is very gentle and nice but I guess I need more time to get relaxed and ready for sex. One of my friends told me that massage is very good for relaxing and may help couples to have better sex. I would like to know if you massage your partner.

Hi, I don't have such problem but I and my boyfriend often use massage as some kind of foreplay. It makes us feel more relaxed and better prepared for sex. Massage also may help you to find out what your partner likes. Also it is very good method to accommodate to his body. You may use oils, aromatic candles to make pleasure greater. Also you may practice massage to relax after hard day in the office.
