Firstly, it is very hard to say when someone should have acne or not… no one should of have them, agree? : )
Considering the age, it is really not that important…most people have acne in their teenage years, some in 30es, some even later, in 50es. As you said, your skin is oily and prone to acne…it all depends on skin and how well it reacts to external bacteria, pollution…
And now considering the CP serum, Cp can help to repair and remove the old and damaged skin, some people just have bad reaction to the serum. My sister got tinny bumps, so she had to stop using it…
Talk to your dermatologist again.
