I travel weekly do different climates. When I use my cpap with humidifier I tend to get a very dry nose which then drips non stop for a few days which makes me reluctant to use the cpap again. At home I leave it on 3, but last week I was in Tucson which is pretty dry and left it on 2 and suffered 3 days of nasal drip. It was suggested to turn the number up on the humidifier. So now back in Seattle I used last nite on 4 and yet today I'm dripping, but not as bad as sometimes. I want to use it but can't deal with the drippy runny nose as I do public speaking. Any solutions before I give up?
