cracked skin on penis, peeling skin

I have cracked skin on my penis. It looks like there are small cuts and my skin peels off often between the "cuts." It can be quite painful at times and is itchy every now and then.

It seems to heel up but flare up again after rough sex (especially oral) or even masturbation.

Is this an STD?

I also have a history of pysorisis. Could ttis be the problem?

could be the type of soap your using think of a sunburn it peels
