cramping, heavy period flow and on the pill. Miscarriage?

i've been on the pill for roughly two months, though i missed one for a day last cycle. i'm sexually active with my boyfriend and we occasionally use extra protection as well (condoms)
being on the pill i haven't monitored the use of the extra precautions.

my boobs have been sore of late.
early last week i got my period early(roughly a week early), though it was extremely heavy with major cramping, i almost passed out the same day.
a day later, a bloody tissue mass passed through.
this week my boobs no longer hurt. and my "normal" period is occurring like regular (due to the use of the pill and its cycle)

does that mean i had a miscarriage?

anything would be appreciated.

Hi, did your cycle turn normal after this happening? This similar situation is happening to me as well.

I also am on the pill. I do three month cycles before having a period and my boobs were VERY sore for the last 3-4 weeks. I still have 2 more weeks of my pill pack before I am to get my period and I had some pink/red discharge with a red clot the size of a dime today. Was I pregnant?
