cramping and no menstral cycle

I started spotting so i thought i was going to start my period but i quit and know i am cramping really badly and im not on my menstal cycle but i am supost to be!. Is there a good chance im pregnant?

Seriously, I have the same thing happening to me and there is no answer. Pregnancy test came back neg.
