cramps 9 months after my hysterectomy

i am 28 years old and have had 2 children and a misscarriage and alot of female problems. it got to the point i had to have a hysterectomy because i had cramps even when i wasnt on my period and i had them so bad that i couldn't get off the couch and would just lie there in pain and tears with a heating pad- i couldn't even walk! it disrupted my life badly. so i had my hysterectomy 9 months ago- but now i seem to still get cramps sometimes- and especially after sex- since my uterus is gone- there shoudl be nothing contracting right? it feels just like birthing contractions! a friend of mine also said that u can get pregant after a hsyterectomy though it is extremely rare it is yet possible- i went to college for medical assisting and i do not remember ever learning that u can still get pregnant after a hysterectomy! it just doesn't make sense- i mean where would the umbilical cord attach itself too and what would support the baby and the amniotic fluid? am i wrong? is it possible that i am having ghost pains? after sex i get really nauseated and almost puke and i get shaky and dizzy and real weak and almost have panic attacks. what the hell is going on with me? also my left foot and toes are swollen so tightly it looks like an ogre foot and the veins are popping up tp the skin and my foot feels tight and it is red and the tips of my tioes are turning purple and there seem to be a few red spots on the top of my foot-it tingles and it feels hot. swelling subsides while sleeping but it increases throughout the day no matter what i do. is all this related?
