I was due for my period yesterday/today but all I seem to be having is really bad cramps that come and go, I usually have cramping and I assume I would see blood but there is nothing. I've also been feeling really tired but I haven't been sleeping well and I had a wild weekend. My question is would you notice if you were pregnant in 3/4 days? I am taking the pill but I was late in taking it for the last day before my free 7 days and I had sex with my boyfriend on Monday and I was late taking the pill on the Saturday.
