I am 28yrs old, and have come off the pill after being on it for 7yrs, as my husband and i are trying for a baby. i have now been off the pill for 6 months.
My periods were pretty normal for the first few months, following a proper cycle, but then i missed a period for 2 months and thought i was pregnant, however unfortunatly i wasn't.
since then i seem to be having a period whenever my body feels like it!!
i don't know when to expect them and have been caught short a few times.
it's only the last couple of months that i have been getting quite severe cramps in my belly almost like period pain, but with the urgency of needing to rush to the toilet and i have horrendous diarrhea, as soon as i have done this the pain eases and i'm fine apart from whenever i have the pain i have brownish reddish spotting.
at first i thought it could be irritible bowel syndrome so it tried cutting out certain foods like dairy and fatty foods but it made no difference.
what i have noticed is when i get the pains it's only ever after i've eaten a meal.
i'm desperate to start a family and am really worried that i'm going to have problems concieving.
i have done 1 ovulation test and i was ovulating but i'm going to buy another test to see if i still am ?
if any one else has had similar symptoms to me then i would be really grateful for some feedback!! thanks |
