i am fifteen and I want to start taking creatine but i am a little scepticle about it because some people say it will make your testys shrink. is this true? and is it healthy?

if you are under the age of 18 you should not take creatine.
creatine does not make your balls shrink, that is a myth
you should research it more, and talk to a doctor, especially since you are only 15.
some of the long term effects of creatine are unknown, however it does yield proven results.
