May be a silly question...do women allow their partner to cum inside them when on birth control?

Yes, some do. it is perfectly possible, women do go on the pill when their partners complain about using condoms or having to withdraw: and if you pill supresses your ovulation he can come all he likes because there is no egg for the sperm to fertalise.

Personally I use the condoms and pill together: I would never rely on just one, but thats just me, everyone has their own choice.
