i have always had a ring of small bumps that dont change or grow since puberty what is it and also ive been getting like these bumps kinda like cysts that itch and i can pop them with a needle to reveal nasty pus, there are little ones on occasion around the shaft in the hair and are more often big ones like right below my hair line thanks for any help Confused
