current headaches and feeling sick for 5 days

ive been feeling really sick throught out the day for about 5 days now and i dont know what it could be but i havent been sick though i feel like i should be sick and also ive been getting headaches and my heart was racing for about 10mintues before...does any1 no what it could be and no what to do ?
