Hi, I am 26, 173/65 and I want healthy weight loss. The summer is approaching and I want to have perfect body. I think that is right time to start getting ready for those three beautiful months. What are the benefits of cutting diet? What are the crucial tips or general plan of cutting diet?

Cutting should not be maintained for long durations of time. What you are eating will play an important role in your progress when cutting your body. The amount of carbs should be restricted. Protein consumption is important and percentage of protein increases gradually. Do not forget, two tablespoons of healthy oil prior to a meal three times daily.
