Hello! I would like to reduce my weight but every type of diet that I have tried had no results or had temporary results. Is there any permanent solution? I heard about cutting food, so I would like to learn more about it. What nutrients are forbidden and what are favorable?

Gradually reducing food intake will help to lose weight in the long term. It is not recommended to cut off your daily calorie intake, also. Start with junk food and then reduce carbohydrates such as pastas breads and cereals. Necessarily, keep protein (meats, eggs, fish) and good fats (such as olive oil) in your diet.
