i cut myself a while ago, i felt like there was something under my skin and if i opened up a tiny bit i could get it out. Later about 3 or 4 months ago i did it again, my mom found out and im glad cuz we talked and i dont feel like i want to do it again, im a guy, i know its more common in girls but anyways the cuts are still there, some are slightly visible but i did one big gash and its only slightly smaller.
i have two questions
1. how can i make sure i never do this again
2. and are there any home remedies or treatments to keep from scarring or make the scars less noticable, i dont want to never be able to wear a short sleeved shirt again
