Hi there, I would like to know more about cyclic vomiting. I don't know much about this condition and I should because this is a theme for my exam. So any information would be most welcome. I want to know about treatment and who suffer more from the condition. Thank you all in advance for your time.

Lets talk about basics first. This condition includes intense attacks of vomiting and nausea and sometimes this state can be mixed with abdominal pain or migraines. It affects both children and adults but slight majority of patients are women. Of course it affects all races. The cause of sickness is unknown. The general treatment is yet to be determined. The treatment is established from case to case on trial-error basis. That is about it except the fact that this condition could prove fatal in extreme cases.
