Hi, I wonder what makes a man to want to wear tights in front of other people. The long ones are not that terrible but the short ones with suspenders are hilarious. I go to spinning classes and some of the men wear these funny looking suits. I found out that it is called cycling bib? Can you please tell me what its purpose is? Does cycling bib help with the training?

Hi, I know that cycling bibs look fanny, but they are not a fashion item. The purpose of cycling bib is to make cycling more comfortable. They are made of elastic materials and fit like "second skin". The bib also has a pad that reduces pain caused by long rides on the hard seat. Another benefit of wearing cycling bib is the absorption of sweat. Function of the suspenders is to hold the shorts up and avoid any embarrassing situations.
