i'm 27 year old,since 1 month i'm noticing this cyst.i have a small whole black-pepper sized cyst in my left spermatic cord. It doesn't cause any pain but i want to get rid of it.
please advice me :-
1. for how long can i delay the operation?
2. is the operation only through scrotum incision or it can be done via inguinal incision also ?
3. how many weeks are required to gain back the sexual functions after operation?
4. can the operation cause infertility?
5. if one testis stops functioning well,but the second one is healthy then can a person live a normal life and create a big family?
6. are men called infertile if only one testis work properly?
