I have problem with my bladder. I have condition called fallen bladder or Cystocele. Because of this I pee even when I sneeze or laugh. Setting diagnose didn’t help me at all. I haven’t received any therapy or practical advice how to control this. I work at the office with three more women. It is very uncomfortable for me. Going on to work became agony for me because of this condition.

Treatment really depends of which grade is your condition. I got cystocele as result of muscle straining while giving a birth. Doctor forbade me since then heavy lifting and repeated straining. I think as you hadn’t received any treatment that you have mild cystocele otherwise you would be needed surgery.
