cysts and bilitral hydroceles after varicoceletomy

Hi
I'm 27 years old .
I had biltral varicocelectomy befor two years (2005).
There was varicocele grade 3 in the left side and grade 1 or less in the right side .
semen analysis was great befor the operation. (279m/ml)

Now smen count is half as it was (138m/ml) and I have biltral hydrocele and cysts on both of my testis ......WHY?

The Ultrasound test after operation is showing that every thing is ok .

But I'm still afraid that the doctor (whom I don't trust him any more) did something which will harm me forever.

Please what is your advice.
