cysts in scrotum

Hi all. I have many cysts covering a large part of my scrotum. They are not painful and I have read that they are of little medical significance but they are very embarrassing!!! You see, I’m 20 and still a virgin and this really doesn’t help me much!!! I’m so scared to get involved in sexual relationship due to this!! I know that this is not something uncommon, but still I would like to get rid of it, if possible. Exactly how common is this condition and are there any serious medical issues related to this condition? Is there a way I could remove them??? Please, help me, I’m desperate.

I too have cysts and the only solution I have found is to force them to "fester". I felt just like you once, and I know exactly how you feel. I tried many things and many different solutions ad finally concluded that the only thing that worked for me was a topical solution boilease. Other than that I also use Selsun Blue which does seem to eliminate the smaller ones from time to time. I think you could try something similar, as there is no treatment for this.
