Is it appropriate to take cytomel to increase energy?

Cytomel is know as energy stimulant and not only that, also appetite stimulant. But cytomel also increases heart complications and cardiac stress, so if you have any kind of heart problems, I would think twice before using cytomel.
It is best to increase energy with additional exercise and plenty fresh air.
