cytotec did i have a miscarage

I am 18 years old i got pregnant this summer and took cytotec even after a high dose i didnt lose the baby so i had to go to an abortion clinic. and the baby still had a heart beat. please dont critize me i have my reasons for this i recently got pregnant again and took cytotec i bleed for 2 days i waited another week and took 4 more and bleed again i got scared scince it didnt work the first time i took them i keept on takeing them and didnt bleed just discarge i took a pregnancy test 4 days later i took them. and it was positive it has been 2 week and i am getting morning sickness AM I STILL PREGNANT??????
