Almost seven mouths ago I fell and broke my two front teeth. I had to get double root canals. When I fell, I hit the bone right above my teeth and it's been very sensitive since. Three months ago, my upper gums (above the injured the teeth) became red with abscess. I went to the dentist and she gave me an antibiotic (clindamycin). The antibiotic helped at first and the symptoms became smaller. But in the end the infection did not go away and my teeth still hurt. Is there a more serious problem here? Sad
