There is nothing wrong with masturbation, and it in no way is bad for your health. It is like sex but without the chance of an STD or a child, and is a little less satisfying.
But, just try to limit yourself to once a week, or once every other day. As for the part where you feel weakness, I think that is all in your head. If you truly believe masturbation is bad for your health, then your mind will play tricks on you, because you are telling your mind that it is bad, when your mind knows it is not, so it just listens to you.
Masturbation is a very natural thing in life, it is almost as if you are breathing it is so natural. And every gender does it.
And how much weight loss? Could you be eating less.

I dont agree...i think masturbation is harmful..ive been doing this habbit since i was a child about 11 years of age...now my head is always throbbing...i easily get cramps...my legs feel as if they wont be able to stand anymore...i cant walk properly..my nervous system is just f'd up...i get depressed most of the times...having this empty feeling...i feel sick...hhaving nausea...my immunse system has become weak...and now that i have stopped it...the side effects are still there are its just horrible...dont masturbate....this is not because of any religious notice..this is from personal experience...masturbation is a habbit like smoking..or drinking...its not always natural..its when you're bored and haven't got anything to do...stop masturbation...it destroys you...

Im not here to scare you for the fun of it..because I am suffering the consequences right now...and dont know when ill be fully cured..
