dark bluish hemroid

I got what i think is a hemroid about two days ago. I have never had anything like this before. I moved alot of heavy boxes the day i got it. its about 2/3 the size of my pinky tip. But most of it seems to kind of a dark blue underneath. Im kind of worried and wondering if i should get it checked out.
