Hi, I am 28 years old and I have problem when I go out with girl. My heart starts to beat and I feel like I will swoon. I get dizzy and my mouth became dry. Girls usually notice that I have some problem and I guess it looks very weird to them. I dont know how to solve this problem and it really bothers me.

Hi, symptoms you have described are symptoms of anxiety which you experience when you are dating. People have different fears which cause them to feel panic. Sometimes panic attack is stronger and sometimes weaker. I suggest you to visit your psychiatrist and discus this problem with him. He will find the best way how to help you.
