My daughter is 18 months old and caught her big toe,ripped the skin back and it got infected. the other foot, little toe has got infected too,red,swollen and peeling.Today i noticed that one of her finger nails are coming off and peeling skin around the nail. could anyone help with the possible cause and treatment that could be taken.
