I am 17 years of age, and my father has cystic fibrosis, his sister also had the disease before she passed away in 2001 at the age of 33, which was heart breaking for the entire family as she was such a lovely person. Now i am worried that my dad (42 years old) is nearing his time to go. I can bear the thought of my father not being around but i hate watching him suffer the way he does, he cannot hold down a job because he is constantly in and out of papworth hospital. He has a lovely wife, and also he has me and my 12 year old brother. has anyone else lost a loved one to cf on this site? if you have i would love to know how you dealt wih the grieve of loosing them.
