I have spent years practically sitting in front of the computer screen and it all has caused me to lose the natural S shape of my back. One my colleague told me I should try Pilates to regain the strength to my deep spinal muscles. Pilates? What is that about and could it really make my spinal get the previous shape and strength also-does it really affects deep spinal muscles? Thanks much!

Absolutely! You would improve your spine condition with Pilates that is for sure and it is not all for you could shape your body just perfect making it lean and the Pilates secret is just in affecting the deep muscles including those deep spinal muscles. So basically doing Pilates you could manage such strength of deep spinal muscles that would therefore support your spine whatever you do-sit, stand or run and also Pilates could make you regain the natural shape of your spine. Just go ahead you won't mistake with doing Pilates-it is the perfect choice.
