Hi all. I’m 35 and I have recently had this problem - when I orgasm no semen comes out until the orgasm is over!! Even then sometimes I have to squeeze it out… I have never experienced so delayed ejaculation before!! What might be causing this? I also have a real fast urgency to urinate all of a sudden without much forewarning. I am on Prozac, Trazadone, Welbrutrim, if that can help you give me an answer.
Unfortunately, there is no way to determine the right cause without thorough examination. I know this is not the answer you was looking for, but I can’t give you different one. I think you may should consider a cystoscopy. Also, all meds you mentioned to be taking can lead to sexual dysfunction so you could discuss this with your personal physician too.
