delayed period because i was sick

i dont necissarily think im pregnant, because im only on day 4 of my sugar pills for birthcontrol, its just i think i get it around the 2nd day of my sugar pills...i think im just stressing, but i was wondering if no movement could cause a later period? ive been sick and in bed for 2 days (the 1st of my sugar pills) and could that contribute to it being late? i dunno i really think im just paranoid about being pregant and want my period right now so i know im not...

If your sick and not eating normal it is very possible to skip your period. I know if you don't eat enough, you will skip your period. Other things like stress can effect it.
Give it a few more days, it will probably just be late. But I've had times completely skipping it from being sick before.
