I have been wearing dentures for years, but none of the lowers were tight or secure. I'm thinking about having the lowers permanently set. I just what type if implants would I need? Can it be done with partial dentures?

I think you should find dentist skilled at implants. He can answer all of your questions. The implant chosen will depend on your particular circumstances. It also depends upon what you would like to accomplish with this. I have dentures for more that year and a full upper plate and that is satisfactory.
