I was given this shot when I scratched my throat. I had prepared a protein drnk and put an apple in it, I did remove the core, but eveidentlu a small sliver of the core caused the scratch. I was given a special mouth wash but it did not go away and hurt very much. I am unsure about this shot-is it safe?
