depo provera and endocrine problems

My 16 year old daughter has ahd three depo provera shots. she has recently developed purple stretch marks on the insides of her thighs. She has had dark hair emerge on her cheekbones and face. It is not as bad as it was. She has also gained 14 pounds in the 9 months that she was on the shot. She suffers from insomnia and severe chest and abdominal pain that waxes and wains from day to day, but is almost always present. She also suffers from bouts of fatigue to the point that she cannot squeeze toothpaste from the tube. But it comes and goes. She recently did a 24 hour urine free cortisol test and blood work which all returned normal. Can the Depo shot cause these cushing-like symptoms?
