Hi. I have a big problem. My nose is ugly. I can`t stand looking at myself in the mirror. I feel depressed, insecure and lost. What to do? I was thinking about rhinoplasty. What do you think?

Well, it is a big decision, and nobody can tell you should you do it or not. It is up to you. I had rhinoplasty. Before that I was too feeling insecure and depressed. Now I feel much better, but I have to say I am still a bit depressed. Looks is not everything you know. The biggest problem you have is in your head. I bet you are not that ugly as you think. I was feeling ugly too, but now when I think of it, I was just a silly little boy (I was 22 when I had my nose job). I think of other, more important things right now.

I say get a nose job if it's bothering you that much. I am planning on getting one to. There is a saying that goes "OUT OF SIGHT, OUT OF MIND!" A friend of mine who had plastic surgery told me that and I think it is very true. Once you have got rid of that problem, you can move on with your life, instead of constantly thinking about it. I am researching surgeons at the moment, because other than getting the money together, finding the right surgeon is a lot more work than anyone realises. At the end of the day, it is your face and it is so important that you pick a good, qualified surgeon.
