HI. I have big problems with over weight!
This didn’t represent any problem in my childhood because I didn’t care about it at all. I eat what I wanted and when ever I wanted.
Now, when I entered puberty, it is representing me a big problem because I don’t feel like all other people.
People were talking behind by backs about me.
I tried with several diets but nothing helped me. I can't find a boyfriend, hell; I can't even find a friend.
One time I even thought about suicide. I'm helpless. Please help me!

HI. I have read your post and I think I know how you are feeling. I also have big problems with over weight and there were times when I felt almost the same like you now.
But one day it just hit me. Why should I try to be someone that I wasn’t? I changed my strategy upside out.
I represented my self just as I was and I let them to choose will they stay with me or abandon me.
During my recovery I have used some antidepressants like Effexor and Thorazine.
They help me a lot but you should use them only when you talk with some psychiatrist. Let him choose what drug is the best for you.

Kircher,

Do a little research about the 'inflammation response'. I think if you do a little work you'll discover a certain food (or food group) is causing your weight problem. Some people can diet all they want but if they are causing the body to secret too much insulin this will store as fat.

I'm sure you're reading about the preponderance of diabetes in the western part of the world. Go see a holistic doctor who can get at the real cause of what's putting on the weight. Forget about diets!

your 12...right well im 12 2 but i really dont know if im fat or not. this is americas falt cuz theyve invented shity food that makes us FAT!! try getting rid of EVERYTHING unhealthy my sister is like a fricking lawn mower and she goes through food like one. so we have junk food in our house ALL the time. if u want a snack thats sweet try sugar free jello or popsicles like the chocolate ones. your taste buds detect 2 major tastes salty and sweet things so when you have a craving 4 something salty eat saltines. theyre lowfat and taste good. now u cant just cut calories u have to exercise. gym is a GREAT way to help lose weight. try running, jogging,walking, etc. if u wanna get one HELL OF a work out for your abs do this
1.get in a push up position
2.hop across the room staying in a push up position
3.stay in a push up positon DO NOT hop like a frog KEEP your legs stretched out and use your feet to hop with dont bends your knees

we did this in gym and it doesnt seem hard but its one HELL of a work out we did this on monday and my abs still hurt i went 40 ft and 9 in it hurts like fuk
