Hi, I am 56 years old and it looks like menopause has affected me much. It seems that depression is getting to me and I am slowly losing the battle. I cry constantly for no apparent reason, everything looks uncertain and I always feel some fear (don't even know that I'm afraid of). Did anyone have problems like these?

Depression is one of the few symptoms that are not that rare when it comes to menopause. There are also many physical symptoms like headache, sleeping problems, sweating etc. All these really can affect woman's life in that period drastically and that is why majority of the women are seeking medical help. Treatments and therapies really can help you deal with menopause.
