I feel like my marriage is going down the drain. I am wondering if my lack of libido (it has been like this for almost four years) has anything to do with depression. I feel like I am starving my husband and I don't want it to be that way. I don't feel the urge for it or anything. It has gotten to the point to where I have to make myself do it just to make sure he stays sane. Once we get started, I enjoy it but at first, I don't want it. It isn't to the point of disgust but I am thinking that something is wrong with me. We have been together for almost seven years and married for almost two. We have two biological children together and one stepchild from his previous marriage. I have also gained a good bit of weight since we tied the knot. I am tired all the time. Please if there is any advice anyone can give I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you again.

Well, perhaps you should consult in a counselor, or a doctor to maybe get some stress pills for your depression.

As for the sex, perhaps using a sexual lubericant might help, or switching up your routine. And you say you enjoy it once you start, so just keep that thought in mind when your husband is ready and you aren't. Don't force yourself to do anything though.

Also, talking to your husband might help to. Communication is really the key to a happy marrige.
