I have nice progression in development of biceps but something is wrong with developing my pectoralis. Can anyone help me with some routine that will be effective for pumping the chest? Is it enough to do bench or there are some special tips? I have a definition of muscle but they are not expressed. Is there any help?

Here is the first rule: use three contact point form - feet, bottom and shoulders. The next key is hand spacing - hold your arms out to your sides with palms down. Your shoulder blades must be underneath your body. Important to remember is that this is not about how much weight you can lift. It is about how full and thick you can get pectoralis. At all times, keep the tension on your pectoralis.
