| This is a sad story of a housewife. I got married a year ago, I finally learned to cook, but last week my husband got his result from a doctor. He is a diabetic. Now I have a problem. I love my husband and I will do anything for him. The problem is that he can't eat everything and I don't know how to prepare his meals. |

What a happy man you have madam. Concerning his health OK, but special preparation of his meals? I can't believe! Anyway, I am a diabetic and I will tell you about proper nutrition for your husband. He can eat everything you eat in smaller quantity. Ingredients for one day can be: ½ cap of fruit juice, ½ cap of cooked vegetable, 1 slice of bread, for sweetness 1 teaspoon of sugar or honey, milk (1 cup, no yogurt or cheese), meat (it is best to eat fish or change it for cheese and yogurt), fat 1 teaspoon of oil or margarine.
I hope I was helpful. The very best for you fine lady. |
