hello!
I was using birth control pills.. diane-35 and before that st johns wort. They both make me feel horrible. Actually, I was feeling all right on diane-35 for 2 years and then for the past half year I was on them…huh…depression…
Is this just with me???
No, you are not the only one… I am with you : )
My doctor advised me to take vitamin B 6 and yes, it helps. It is really good anti stressor!
