I got diarrhea whole day today. I am not sure what caused today. It is becoming a bi problem for me. I have diarrhea like for day or two occasionally. It passes, but I am very weak during this time. I am not sure if it is connected with the food I eat or is something wrong with my stomach. I don’t know what I should do. Did anyone experienced something like this?

It looks to me like you have some chronic diarrhea. There are many causes, viral, bacterial, parasitic…contaminated water…there are also non-infectious causes. My friend has IBS and he has troubles with diarrhea. I know that he is on some kind treatment but I am not sure which one. You should ask for professional help about this. I can only say try to decrease liquids in these days, eat dry food only, no dairy products.
