Hello there! This sounds like a gastrointestinal bacterial infection to me that will probably go away on its own after a 7-1o days the most.

The symptoms you described resemble those that GI bacteria causes.
You could have come in contact with bacteria by eating contaminated food that hasn’t been cooked well. However, you could have contracted it by drinking contaminated water or swimming in the contaminated water. The most common symptoms of such infections are nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps and diarrhea.

There are three the most common bacteria: Campylobacter, Salmonella, and E. coli

Campylobacter is often found in raw poultry and the most common symptoms are fever, diarrhea, and abdominal cramps.
Salmonella is contracted by eating any food of animal origin. The most common symptoms are: fever, diarrhea and abdominal cramps. In persons with poor underlying health or weakened immune systems, Salmonella can invade the bloodstream and cause life-threatening infections.
E. coli is found in cattle and other similar animals. The illness it causes is often a severe and bloody diarrhea and painful abdominal cramps, without much fever.
Does anybody else in your family have similar symptoms?
