Hi, i am a 23 year old female, with a very active lifestyle, i.e. runnning approx 60-65 miles in training per week. I suffer from diarrohea regularly, which seems to be brought on after drinking coffee, or eating soft foods, such as porridge etc. I'm wondering if I could be allergic to such foods, and would an allergy test be recommended?
